This is my first year being part of The Paw Print staff, and I am a freshman. I love playing the flute, and I am also a member of the marching band which I am very excited about. When I am not at marching band or school, you can find me spending time with family and friends or sewing.  

I love writing and I am excited to see specifically what news writing is like over the course of this year. Though I am not particularly interested in journalism as a career, I love learning about different kinds of writing and hope to have writing as part of my career in the future.
